Life changes hit our team this week, and our brother Kevin has stepped away from the road. He’s family, he always will be, and we’re gonna miss the hell out of him.
Now we’re looking for two solid additions to join John PayCheck & The Cavalry Band for the long haul:
🥁 DRUMMER / MUSIC DIRECTOR
We need someone experienced, dependable, and musically sharp.
Studio chops and composition skills are a big plus.
Most important: good attitude, no ego, team-first mindset.
We tour hard, and we take care of each other like family.
🎛 FOH SOUND ENGINEER
Looking for someone who can run our live shows, maintain our IEM rig, help with merch, and jump in wherever needed. Same deal — positive vibes, zero ego, and ready to work as part of a crew that has each other’s backs.
DETAILS
• Touring season runs March–November
• These are contracted touring positions
• Based in Northern Virginia — being local is a bonus but not required
• Be realistic about the drive; up to 6 hours is usually workable
• We have a band bunkhouse on the property for travel convenience
• These are paid positions, paid scale rate per show, off day perdiem, lodging, initial clothing allowance.
